IKARE provides shipping services in the whole united statesĀ except for the states ofĀ HI; PR; AK; APO; GU; APO/FPO/AE; VI; FM; MP.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Order cut-off time will be 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York).
The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:
āProcessing time:Ā 1 -Ā 2 business days
āShipping time: 3-7Ā business days (excluding weekends and holidays).Ā
Ownership, Terms, and Risk
We will dispatch the order within one to two business days EXCEPT for your backorder(s). Please make sure your address details are correct as once the parcel is on its way we cannot redirect it. It is your responsibility to check and verify.
Notes:
The shipping time does not include a 1-2 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed and can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, backorder(s), or other causes.

Cancellations
Before the order is shipped out, we will issue a refund once you contact us to ask to cancel it.
When the order is in transit, you will need to contact the logistics to return it back, we will issue the refund once we receive the item.
